Che cosa ti piace fare?
Mi piace (I like)
Ti piace (you like)
A lui/ a lei piace (he/she likes)
Ci piace (we like)
Vi piace (you guys like)
A loro piace (they like)
The real subject is what you like. Something is pleasing to somebody.
We can also use the verb AMARE
